A Few Suggestions on How to Use Peppermint Oil
- Add a drop of Peppermint oil to water for a healthy, refreshing mouth rinse
- Take one to two drops of Peppermint oil in a veggie capsule to alleviate occasional stomach upset*
- Rub Peppermint oil on temples after you wake up for a morning energy boost
- Add a drop of Peppermint oil to your favorite smoothie recipe for a refreshing twist
- Place one drop of Peppermint oil in the hand, rub the palms together, and inhale for a midday pick-me-up
- Place one drop of Peppermint oil on the tongue to freshen breath
Directions For Use:
Aromatic use: Add three to four drops to a diffuser of choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fluid ounces of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.

Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.
