We take (PIP) Personal Injury Protection for Car Accident Claims. However, we need to authorize you first before you can book an appointment. So, please give us a call for this matter.
We currently do not take Medical Insurance in-network.
We provide you with all the necessary documentation and receipts to pursue self-billing out-of-network insurance.
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments.
Our Cancelation Policy: Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of $75. If you are more than 15mins late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.
