A Few Suggestions on How to Use On Guard Essential Oil
- Take two to three drops in a Veggie Cap for immune *
- Add to water for an effective, all-purpose surface
- Soak sliced apples in water with a few drops for a healthy, immune-supportive *
- Combine a few drops with Fractionated Coconut Oil for a natural hand
Directions For Use:
Aromatic use: Add three to four drops to a diffuser of choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fluid ounces of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
