As a morning ritual, ReEvolution Healing Arts infused Seamoss Gels can be consumed by the spoonful or mixed into water. We find this routine to assist in the digestion and assimilation of nutrients from all foods consumed after.

When added to water, these gels create a limeaid flavored structured water, great for hydration during workouts or on the go. The minerals and electrolytes in Seamoss help the body maintain hydration levels by binding to liquid water and helping it become its EZ water or gel-like state. Water must exist on a cellular level.
