Let me ask you this:
Do you believe manifestations may actually come easily?
Do you believe that your deepest desires and biggest dreams can just flow into your life with ease?
Or have you absorbed the idea that anything worth having requires immense effort and hard work?
Our whole lives, we’ve held on to fear-based belief systems to feel safe. We believe in thoughts like, “I have to work my butt off in order to succeed,” “If I loosen my grip, this will all fall apart,” or “I’m so bad at relationships.”

Can you see how these thoughts are backed with an energy of fear and resistance? Our resistance to feeling good is what blocks the good we want to attract.

You’re now 7 days into this manifesting program, and I expect you’re feeling some positive momentum. But here’s the thing … when you start to flow, the voice of fear will resist your positive vibes. It happens to all of us! So I’m calling it out now. Let’s get back into the flow and clear more resistance. This practice is crucial to staying in alignment with your manifestations.
Resistance shows up in different, sometimes sneaky ways. The moment we release that resistance and let ourselves feel relief, everything we truly desire begins to come to us naturally. The relief we feel then allows us to feel good. As a result, we attract solutions rather than problems. When we feel good, life flows naturally.
I know it’s hard to get your head around this. Many spiritual students (including me) believe this concept but struggle to apply it. Fear has a strong hold on us. We resist feeling good so we expect life to be hard. The good news is that you can release resistance fast!
HOW?.....JUST Breathe!
So let's go ahead and do this SIMPLE BREATH PRACTICE.

A SIMPLE BREATH PRACTICE
One great way to release resistance is through a simple breath practice.
You can do this anywhere, anytime, with your eyes open or closed. Practice this today, the moment you notice yourself in an energy of resistance or stuck in a negative story.
For 1 minute, follow this breathing technique:
Breathe in for 5 seconds.
Hold your breath for 5 seconds.
Release for 5 seconds.
Repeat this pattern for 1 minute.
This technique may be simple, but it’s essential to your manifesting practice.
By changing your breath, you change your energy. And remember, it’s your energy that determines what you manifest.
You can use the breath practice any time you notice resistance. Keep this meditation in your back pocket and turn to it regularly to release resistance, get back into alignment and feel good!
