Our Lesson for Today... GET INTO FLOW Now that you are becoming more aware of the energy you’re putting out, it's time to incorporate allowing into your daily practices. This is a key concept in manifesting: We align our energy with the loving energy of the Universe, God, or your Higher Power. When we let go of the need to control (we will talk more about that later) we allow our desires to flow to us easily and naturally. |

The lesson today is inspired by a teaching from Abraham-Hicks, often known just as Abraham.
Abraham is the work of a woman named Esther Hicks, who is a channel for lessons and teachings about the Law of Attraction. She’s one of the most powerful practitioners in the field.
She has been a great teacher in my life and I have learned and grown so much from her lessons, and I now share them with others as my practices, always giving Abraham the credit, of course. ;)
Abraham-Hicks says, “There is only a stream of well-being that flows. You can allow it or resist it, but it flows just the same.”
When you allow that stream of well-being and get into the flow, you feel good and you manifest your desires.

Abraham also teaches a lesson about paddling a boat on the river.
We can paddle going down the river, riding the current at times,
but also using the oars to guide our boat from crashing into the rocks or debris.
Or, we quite often try to paddle upstream...feeling the resistance, struggling to get back to where we once were, back to that comfortable place, back to the beginning.
When we allow...its like paddling downstream, and even better yet, we actually let go of the oars and enjoy the ride. We are letting go of our control, allowing the stream, (our faith) to take us on a magical ride of allowing, bringing the manifestations for our best life to come to us with ease and flow.
Before we go on, it’s important to acknowledge that you’re allowing the stream of well-being right now! By doing this lesson and showing up for this manifesting program, you’re willing to get into flow.
Kudos!! Take this time to honor yourself...you are loving YOU, and that is so important in the manifestation process...bringing in love, especially self-love!!
