So, beautiful souls...are we having fun?! I am so proud of you...just keep moving through the program with ease and flow. Remember this shouldn't feel like work...just let it flow. And in today's lesson, we are going to learn how we do that.

​Your Energy Creates the Flow of
​YOUR Manifestation...
 
That good-feeling energy is what attracts your desires. So today I’m hooking you up with a practice to help you raise your vibration any time, so that you can put out what you want to receive.

Our energy attracts its likeness. When we put out high-vibration energy, we attract high-vibration people and circumstances. But when we put out low-vibration energy, we attract low-vibration situations.
​

That’s great news when you’re already in a good mood. But what about when you’re feeling down or stressed or angry? How can you raise your vibration?
No matter where you are now, you can get into that feeling of flow—of being in the zone and feeling good.

This Manifesting program is all about subtle shifts. I have come to know that simply by adding in subtle shifts, I can always expect radical transformations. You don’t have to change your mindset overnight. Just making a subtle shift in your perception will change everything. 

​We can always choose the next best feeling/emotion/energy, and then the next, and the next, until we are in the good mood flow...a happier place; a beautiful state is what I love to call it. This is where we want to be when we are calling in the manifestation of our hearts desire. 

Now, I would like to share this 3-step process I learned from Gabby Bernstein, if you don't know who she is...I encourage you go look her up...she is an amazing person, author, and spiritual teacher and manifestor. I have learned so much from her and her work has truly inspired me and taught me how to attract the things I want in my life. 


This method, The 3-step-Choose Again Method, helps you actively guide your thoughts out of a negative loop and into a positive vibration.  At some point today, when you notice yourself in a low place or not feeling your best, just follow this practice...

STEP 1: NOTICE THE THOUGHT
Any time you’re stuck in negativity or fear, take a step back by consciously noticing that your thoughts and energy are out of alignment with your joy.

Ask yourself, How do I feel right now? You can write down your answer on the worksheet below.

​STEP 2: FORGIVE YOURSELF FOR HAVING THE THOUGHT
Forgive yourself for getting stuck in the negative thought and celebrate your desire to shift. Thank your negative thoughts for showing you what you don’t want and revealing what you do want.

​Set this intention: I forgive myself for having this thought. I thank the thought for revealing to me what I don’t want so I can clarify what I do want.

STEP 3: CHOOSE AGAIN
Answer this question in the worksheet: What is the best-feeling thought I can find right now? Then ask the Universe to guide you toward that thought. 

You’re simply reaching for the next best-feeling thought. You’re not required to land on the ultimate solution. So, for instance, if you are struggling with finances, the thought, “I’m going to be out of debt in one week!” is likely to create more blocks because you probably wouldn’t believe it. Instead, choose a thought that feels realistic and possible. For this step to work, you must believe in your next best-feeling thought. If there’s any doubt, then your energy won’t back up your intention.

Consciously choose new thoughts and you’ll begin to raise your vibration!
