A FUN Game to Raise Your Vibration

Today we are going to practice a really FUN game, a technique that I learned from Gabby Bernstein who learned it from Abraham-Hicks that you can use anywhere, anytime to feel better fast!

It's called the Appreciation Game. It's a practice I use quite often!

Whatever you appreciate, you create more of. This is because when you’re in a state of appreciation, you’re in vibrational alignment with your true love nature.


Appreciation is essential to manifesting because in a state of appreciation you’re relaxed, surrendered and faithful. That is the perfect energy for allowing your desires to come into form!

When you’re aligned with appreciation, you can surrender your desires to the Universe and trust in a plan beyond your own. This is exactly where you want to be and how you create, how you manifest your best life.

LET'S PRACTICE THIS FUN GAME NOW

Here's how...

The Appreciation Game is simple. Out loud (if you can) or silently, express appreciation for all that is good in your life. You might say things like, “I appreciate all the people who are supporting me,” and, “I appreciate the shoes on my feet.”

Big or small, it doesn’t matter. Expressing appreciation for the air you’re breathing or the water you’re drinking can offer a very profound moment.

You can also play the Appreciation Game with another person. It’s very simple. You can just say, “I learned a fun thing called the Appreciation Game and I want to try it out.” Then follow this format:

  1. Tell them something you appreciate about them. It can be anything, like, “I appreciate how you make the best pancakes.”
  2. Then they tell you something they appreciate about you.
  3. You tell them something else you appreciate about them.
  4. Keep it up for a minute or two. You can set a timer if it feels more comfortable at first to have a hard stop.

You’ll notice that it lifts you both up very quickly. If you’re having an argument, pivoting into appreciation will dissolve that tension and lead you toward a resolution so much faster.
Play the Appreciation Game today and then head to the Facebook group and share what you appreciate most today.  Remember, the more energy you bring to appreciation, the more you attract what you want.
