I’m honored to be your coach and guide, and I can’t wait to get you started manifesting YOUR Best Life!
How Does this Program Work...How will I get results?
As I mentioned before, on my sign-up page for this program...
One of my favorite mantras is...."It works if you work it but, it shouldn't have to feel like work!"
My program is based on this mantra...I want the miracle of manifesting YOUR Best Life come to you with ease and flow...not feeling like you have to work hard at it. Working hard is a mantra in itself, that many believe, resulting in more feeling like you have to keep working hard to get results. My goal was to create a program where people can manifest their goals and dreams with joy, ease, and flow!
Just a few steps you will need to be sure to complete before you get started
on lesson one, if you haven't already...
STEP 1: Each weekday (M-F) of February you will receive a text message with a link for the days lesson. You can also find the information in the Facebook Group Here: Manifesting YOUR Best Life (Private) Facebook Group <--- clickable link
This allows you the weekend to catch up...I know we all have busy schedules.
STEP 2: Join the Manifesting YOUR Best Life Facebook Group if you haven't already. Just click on the link above...answer a few questions, and then read our group rules, and your in.
STEP 3: I will give you a brief exercise to help you apply the lesson I am coaching you on for that day. Most lessons will take only 10 min...remember what you put into a lesson is what you get out of it. So, yes, some days may require a bit more time...but it with all lead you to manifesting YOUR Best Life.
STEP 4: Download the worksheet and then press play for today’s lesson. If you prefer to read the lesson, you can scroll down and find it below the video or recording.
STEP 5: As you go through your day...do your best to put the lesson into practice. Each lesson will flow into the next day, and as you complete the lessons you will begin to see the manifesting occur in your life. Remember that any program you invest in is a journey for growth and expansion. You will see yourself expanding each day, and your faith in manifesting YOUR Best Life will grow as you put these lessons into practice.
STEP 6: Each Tuesday Evening we will meet as a group on ZOOM to discuss the previous weeks lessons and practices. Time and link will be posted in the FB group. I will share some insight on how to move forward with these lessons. We will inspire each other, maybe even dance a little, practice some meditation, and if time allows, we can answer a few pressing questions. Remember, we also have the facebook group to reach out and ask questions or share our experiences. You never know, what you might be "growing" through can truly impact/inspire another person in the group, and vice/versa.

This coaching session will be intuitive to you and what's going on in your life...your dreams and goals. To begin any manifesting process, you have to get clear about what you want to attract. Maybe there’s one specific desire you want to manifest now. Maybe there are many things you want to attract. Or maybe you just want to feel better. Whatever you want to focus on is totally fine, as long as it makes you feel good to dream about it.
This Manifesting Challenge will help you feel good, which is what really manifests greatness in your life.
But first, let’s talk about the elephant in the room. You might have a big desire, a dream you’ve held for a long time—but it’s possible that you’re blocking it.
The main way people block their desires is by not believing they’re worthy of them. And even if you do believe you’re worthy of your desire, it’s possible there’s a voice in your head that says, “This will never happen for me" or "How can I ask for that...who am I to deserve that?"
My goal here is to help you erase the feelings of unworthiness, feel really good about what you want, and CLAIM YOUR DESIRES RIGHT NOW!
Why is this so important?
To truly manifest from a place of power, you must bring in positive energy.
Sometimes we really want something because it will make us feel better or more special than others. Other times we want something because we hope it will help us avoid dealing with something we don’t want to face.
For instance, maybe you want a certain job because your parents or family will approve of you? Maybe you want a relationship because you are not feeling confident enough to be on your own? Or maybe you want a mansion or fancy car so you can show off to friends.
There’s nothing wrong with wanting ay of those things, but as you can see, these kinds of desires are backed up by neediness and fear. They don’t feel inspired because they’re filled with a need for external validation or approval rather than inner peace.
We all have these experiences, which is why it’s important to check in with yourself about the energy backing up your desires. It’s GREAT to be unapologetic about what you want, but let’s make sure you’re going into the manifestation process feeling empowered and relaxed, not desperate, insecure or afraid that you’re not truly worthy of happiness.

YOUR DESIRE STATEMENT
Follow these writing prompts in your downloadable worksheet:
Try writing for at least 5 minutes, and when you’re done, read over what you wrote. You may want to read it out loud or repeat it a few times so it really sinks in.
The secret to manifesting is to feel good and bring joy with you wherever you go. You’re worthy of your desires, and it’s good to feel good!
Let yourself truly FEEL the feelings of joy and inspiration, and give yourself permission to celebrate your desire.
Tomorrow’s lesson will build on today’s by helping you become more conscious of the energy you bring into your everyday life. I’ll give you a practice to use any time you want to feel better.
