Decorate your bedroom with lights and candles, and rose petals. And end it with those chocolate covered strawberries.
And of course flowers…roses, or pick out some pretty flowers or bulbs and plant them, and when you see them, you can think about the love that went into planting and the love you have for that person.
Be creative…have fun…and of course you can always give the gift of Massage.💕
Give the gift of ME Time to YOURSELF!
Take a nice Bubble Bath with Candles, and a Glass of your favorite wine, this is also a great gift for someone you love!
You can organize a remote/zoom and catch up with all your friends, with snacks or play online games together.
Write and send a letter to a special friend or family member, or even one to yourself…stating the top 5 things you love about them.
You could make or buy some of those kid valentines and send or give out to all your friends and family. And of course you can always GIFT yourself a massage…there’s not a better way to give yourself a hug!💜
For Families and Kids
How about an indoor family picnic with baked heart shaped cookies, (which is also a fun activity to do as a family) and heart shaped sandwiches with your kids, or do a FUN puzzle as a family or a game night, and enjoy some heart/love snacks.
Do a valentines craft with your kids, there are so many on Youtube that are fun and easy, and affordable. Make valentine cards for school classmates or family. Add pics of the kids in a heart shape, and write a special message.
You can plan outdoor activities…look for rocks and then paint them with heart candy sayings and place valentine rocks all around the park for people to find…encourage them…or put them on neighbors doorsteps or in their mailboxes, or the kids can put them in their friends lockers or sneak them in their book bags.💖
Here are a FewSelf-Love 💜 Reminders…
Except yourself exactly as you are right now at this moment! Listen to your self-talk, the negative chatter in your head and give it the boot. Be kind to you and stop all the negative self-talk and replace it with some positive affirmations like….
I am Amazing
I am doing the Best I can
I am Loving ME
I am Worthy
I am Safe
I am Loved...etc.
Write out some of your own affirmations, and put them on a sticky note and post them in your room or on your refrigerator or mirror.
Do Mirror Work-Louise Hay is so Awesome with this!
Be Loving to your body, pamper yourself
Forgive Yourself, and forgiving others is loving yourself too!
