Covid-19 Safety Practices and Guidelines
DO NOT COME IF YOU HAVE OR HAVE HAD WITHIN THE PAST 72 HOURS ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
*We do realize that the mandate has changed. However, the Healthcare Department still requires to wear masks and massage is consider as a Healthcare. So, Three Tree Wellness Center requires masks to still be worn unless you present us with proof of a medical condition from a doctor stating that the mask mandate is waived.
IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THESE UNUSUAL SYMPTOMS, CONTACT YOUR PRIMARY HEALTH CARE PROVIDER. If you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or are experiencing any of these symptoms, we ask you wait and schedule at a later date, at least 14 days from Exposure.

Office Safety Precautions in Effect During the Pandemic...
Our office has taken the following precautions to protect our clients/patients and staff:

DO NOT COME IF YOU HAVE OR HAVE HAD WITHIN THE PAST 72 HOURS ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
*We do realize that the mandate has changed. However, the Healthcare Department still requires to wear masks and massage is consider as a Healthcare. So, Three Tree Wellness Center requires masks to still be worn unless you present us with proof of a medical condition from a doctor stating that the mask mandate is waived.
- Temperature of 100 degrees or more, or 2 degrees above your normal.
- Your temperature should be normal, without taking any medications to lower it, for 72 hours prior to your appointment.
- New cough
- Sore throat
- Unusual fatigue
- Muscle ache all over
- Chills or shaking due to chills
- Diarrhea
- Loss of sense of smell or taste
- New or unusual headache
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Chest pain

Office Safety Precautions in Effect During the Pandemic...
Our office has taken the following precautions to protect our clients/patients and staff:
- We will all wear masks; cloth, surgical or N95, and eye protection if needed. Surgical masks are available.
- Everyone washes and sanitizes their hands as often as needed.
- Hand sanitizer that contains at least 70% alcohol or a non-alcohol option is available in our therapy rooms, the waiting room and at the reception counter.
- We schedule appointments at specific intervals to minimize the number of people in the waiting room.
- Before your appointment, we ask all patients to wait in their cars or outside until your therapist signals you in. (Door will be locked, until therapist is ready for You.
- Touching of surfaces is kept to a minimum. Credit card pads, pens and other areas that are commonly touched are sanitized after each use.
- Our office common areas and therapy rooms are thoroughly disinfected between appointments and at the end of each day.
